The promotion is running from 00:01 GMT on 1st November 2021 until 23:59 GMT 30th June 2022.
How long do I have to submit a claim?
You must register for your code between 00:01 GMT on 1st November 2021 and 23:59 GMT 30th June 2022. There are a maximum of 20,000 codes available.
How do I claim my Try Ecover Dish code?
Visit tryecoverdish.com and complete the application form in full, providing:
- Your name, address, email and telephone contact details
The first 20,000 Applicants will be sent an email with a unique claim code, along with full instructions on how to complete their claim.
How do I claim my Try Ecover Dish refund?
After claiming your Try Ecover Dish code and making a purchase of a qualifying promotional product you must visit tryecoverdish.com to complete your claim. You will need to complete the application form in full, providing:
- Your name, address, email and telephone contact details
- Your receipt clearly showing purchase of a product listed in the terms and conditions clause 6
- UK bank account details for payment of the refund
I purchased qualifying product(s) before the promotion began, can I still submit a claim?
No, you must purchase a qualifying product between 00:01 GMT on 1st November 2021 and 23:59 GMT 30th June 2022 after claiming one of the 20,000 codes available.
I have registered for my code online, but I have not received it?
If your application is successful, you will receive your code via email within 3 working days.
I have completed my claim online, but I am still waiting for refund. When will I receive it?
If your claim was successful, (you will have received an email notification of the outcome of your claim) your reward will be paid directly into your bank account within 30 days.
How much is the refund that I will receive?
If your claim was successful, you will receive a refund for the purchase price. The maximum refund you will receive is £1.80 so if you paid more than this then you will receive a refund of £1.80.
I do not have a promotional code but have purchased qualifying product(s), can I still claim a refund?
Unfortunately no, you must have a valid promotional code as well as a receipt dated within the promotional period in order to make a claim.
How long do I have to claim my refund after I receive my promotional code?
You must make a purchase of a qualifying product between 1st November 2021 and 30th June 2022. Claims for a refund must be received between 1st November 2021 and 14th July 2022.
I don’t have access to a computer - can I still enter this promotion?
Yes, you can, please use either a mobile phone or tablet and make sure you have internet access, but please note that unfortunately we do not accept claims by post.
I have already claimed one refund, can I claim another one in this promotion?
You can claim a maximum of one refund per household, per qualifying product.
I purchased qualifying product(s) and have a promotional code but I have lost my proof of purchase. Can I still make a claim?
Unfortunately not, a proof of purchase is required to claim your refund.
Who is the promotion open to?
The promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
